HAPS stands for “Hispanic Association of Professional Services” we are a nonprofit organization urge to work within ethics rules and professionalism in our community, providing; law updates in the tax industry, like CPA’s, EA’s, Tax preparers and any office that provide customer service, that would include Immigrations consultants. HAPS meet every Friday at 8 am in the san Ysidro Community Center Board room.
